Our estate covers 42 hectares of forest and meadows, surrounded by hedges of hawthorn, rose hip, blackberries, ferns and trees. A picturesque little creek winds through the terrain. Brenne Lake, covering over one hectare, adds to the magnificent scenery. There are wildflowers (orchids) and an amazing variety of wild birds. The region has an atmosphere that will quickly make you feel at ease. Because our grounds are very spacious, it is easy to find a campsite that fits your needs, from complete serenity to a spot conveniently close to the buildings. The courtyard, named “Boulevard” (because of the Jeu de boule), is considered the heart of La Petite Brenne. This is also where the patio, bar and restaurant are. In the restaurant, situated in a huge rustic old barn, the chef-cook prepares a menu-of-choice daily, as well as a kid’s menu. From our very first season our kitchen has made quite a name for itself.
